You may not use our services for unlawful or prohibited purposes. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell or exploit any portion of our content without express written permission.
Products and Pricing
All products and prices are subject to change without notice. Prices include GST where applicable. Printify and other partners may handle fulfilment and shipping directly. We make every effort to display accurate product information but cannot guarantee colour accuracy due to screen variations.
Intellectual Property
All artwork, text, imagery and designs (including original characters from the Gumleaf Gang and related collections) are owned by Waratah and Wood. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or resale is prohibited.
Liability
Waratah and Wood is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our products or websites. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.
3. Refund and Returns Policy
We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACCC) for refunds and replacements.
If your product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery. We may require photos or details of the issue. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect selection, as most items are made to order. Please review sizing, colours, and product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
4. Shipping Policy
All Print on Demand orders are fulfilled via Printify and their global print partners.
Typical production times are 2–7 business days, with delivery times varying by location. Australian orders may be fulfilled through The Print Bar or local partners, with estimated delivery of 2–5 business days after production. International orders may take 7–30 business days. Delivery Timelines will be noted on your order prior to your final submission. Tracking details will be emailed once available. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.
